He currently serves as Partner and CEO of Eponuda & Shoptok<\/strong>, companies operating leading comparison shopping platforms with over 2.5 million monthly unique users across four Adriatic markets<\/strong>. His strategic focus includes the development of new digital business models, shopper intelligence systems, AI-driven commerce solutions, and advanced marketing technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Over the past decade, Darko and his teams have built the region\u2019s largest comparison shopping and marketplace platforms, managing more than 800 retailers and over 10 million products<\/strong>. Prior to this, he spent nearly four years at Google<\/strong>, first as Country Business Development Manager and later as Head of Performance for the Adriatic region, where he advised companies on digital transformation and performance-driven sales using Google\u2019s product ecosystem. He also sold companies Ceneje and Jeftinije to Heureka group and spent two years as member of the management board at Heureka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Darko is a partner, investor or co-owner in several companies specializing in the digitalization of business models in online trade, marketplaces, AI services, longevity tech and consumer lending\/ BNPL platforms. He advises organizations across industries on digital transformation, business model innovation, omnichannel sales, marketplace development, and digital marketing strategy.
