By submitting the order, the customer acknowledges that an agreement is formed between them and Ecommerce Hungary Association, the organizer of the conference, with the following terms:

  1. Ecommerce Hungary agrees to provide participation at the conference for the applicants listed in the order, based on the conditions specified in the order, provided the customer adheres to the Participation Terms outlined herein.
  2. Ecommerce Hungary will issue an electronic invoice for the participant using the data provided in the order form, which will be automatically forwarded to the specified email address. The invoice will include the individual items for the services provided, in compliance with the applicable tax regulations.
  3. The customer commits to settling the invoice by bank transfer or credit card payment by the due date. If the invoice is not paid on time, Ecommerce Hungary reserves the right to deny the customer participation, which does not release the customer from their payment obligation.
  4. The customer acknowledges that participation can only be canceled free of charge if done at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. If the customer cancels their participation between the 10th and 30th day before the first day of the conference, they are required to pay 50% of the participation fee. If the customer cancels within 10 days of the first day of the conference or fails to attend without cancellation, they are required to pay the full participation fee.
  5. Ecommerce Hungary's discounts for members are available only to those members who have paid their membership fee for the current year and have no outstanding debts to Ecommerce Hungary.
  6. The customer acknowledges that the company paying for the participation may have its short name used by Ecommerce Hungary for promotional purposes, such as listing it in the public participant list of the conference, or communicating it on social media and other platforms.
  7. The agreement is written in Hungarian and complies with the applicable laws in Hungary.

Registration Conditions:

Please note that the invoice issued by Ecommerce Hungary for participation in the Marketplace Summit 2025 conference on February 5, 2025, includes the conference entry fee.

The customer may incur tax obligations regarding the accepted and paid invoice, due to their role as the payer.

Official business trips, including domestic and foreign assignments, such as attending professional conferences and further training, are considered as business-related (Income Tax Act 3. §, point 10).

Certain allowances related to official business trips, such as meals (and drinks) provided to the individual, are considered taxable income (Income Tax Act 70. § (1) point a).
