Darko Dujič, M.Sc

Darko Dujič is a digital business leader focused on building and transforming scalable business and sales models in online commerce. His work centers on growth strategy, customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and the practical application of technology in business transformation.

He currently serves as Partner and CEO of Eponuda & Shoptok, companies operating leading comparison shopping platforms with over 2.5 million monthly unique users across four Adriatic markets. His strategic focus includes the development of new digital business models, shopper intelligence systems, AI-driven commerce solutions, and advanced marketing technology.

Over the past decade, Darko and his teams have built the region’s largest comparison shopping and marketplace platforms, managing more than 800 retailers and over 10 million products. Prior to this, he spent nearly four years at Google, first as Country Business Development Manager and later as Head of Performance for the Adriatic region, where he advised companies on digital transformation and performance-driven sales using Google’s product ecosystem. He also sold companies Ceneje and Jeftinije to Heureka group and spent two years as member of the management board at Heureka. 

Darko is a partner, investor or co-owner in several companies specializing in the digitalization of business models in online trade, marketplaces, AI services, longevity tech and consumer lending/ BNPL platforms. He advises organizations across industries on digital transformation, business model innovation, omnichannel sales, marketplace development, and digital marketing strategy. He is also a mentor at Plug and Play (San Francisco), an advisor to the deep-tech VC fund Vesna, and an angel investor.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing and Consumer Behavior from IMB. At Google, he continued his executive education through programs with Duke University (NC). Alongside business transformation and platform development, he actively deepens his expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and machine learning.
